Week 1; Workout 2






 Today, this Sunday, I went for a bike ride with my dad since the weather was perfect. We biked for roughly one hour, at an RPE scale of around 2-3. It was also continuous cardiovascular exercise. 

We biked just shy of 9 km. There were some steep parts of the bike path when we crossed small bridges. All in all, we had an awesome time! Here are some photos:
