Week 8; workout 2

 Happy Sunday,

I did a 20 minute home exercise with experimental movements.

The circuit consists of 20 reps of rolling burpees; followed by 30 reps of jumping high knee Bulgarian split squats (both legs combined); and moving jumping jack-style plank back and forth of the room 5 times. I did this circuit twice.
